I'm a retired RN Div2 who specialized in palliative care, & who gave up working to look after my mother, & later it was me who was unwell & needed help more so when I was no longer driving... It was here that Peter & Sowena made a difference to me...
Now it has been about 4 to 5 years or so that I have had Peter & his Angels as I call them from Sowena helping me out in many ways, mostly supporting me by driving me to DR & hospital appointments, getting a few items from the grocery store, or (on occasion we go in together), visiting family just to see them or for which ever celebration it may well be, EG: birthday, christmas & so on...
From the very start I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I had somebody come to drive me home when my support worker at the time ran out of time & had to go... Peter himself came to the rescue, & I still appreciate it & bless the day we met, cause it led to ongoing support every Tuesday & Thursday, as well as any day a specialist clinic needs me to be there...
They are always on time, & if running late, they let me know... I can call at the last minute at times & never have I not had someone help me out fast... I value that I do not get treated like I'm an imbecile, & the girls & boys are conscious of my needs, & help keep me calm when I have an anxiety attack, & those are full on exhausting...
What can I say? Peter & The Team make my life easier, & even fun, so thanks to you all, male & female who have driven me over time...
