We have a straightforward 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a trip within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the full amount for the trip will be charged.
We issue invoices weekly to help you keep track of your budget with ease.
On the morning of your trip, you can expect a text message from your driver confirming the details.
If there is anything about your trip that you’re not happy with, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve and provide you and others with an even better service.
While we excel at organizing trips well in advance, you are welcome to contact us for short-notice trips. Please note that our availability for last-minute requests may be limited.
